Dr. Michael Foale, CEO of Foale Aerospace and a former NASA astronaut, visited students to spark excitement for learning and science.
LISA Academy jaguars were inspired by Dr. Michael Foale as he shared his path to becoming an astronaut working for NASA. His visit encouraged them to dream big and set goals for their futures. Students were also able to ask questions about how to become an astronaut themselves, and many even expressed new interest in going to space!
We are so thankful for his visit, and for his example of the importance of STEM learning!
